Artwork guide
- Best files: PDF, AI or high-resolution PNG/JPG. Canva links are fine.
- Add 3 mm bleed on paper products, unless stated above.
- 300 dpi for cards, flyers and stickers; 100 dpi is enough for banners and large signs.
Production & delivery
Pickup: free at our shop, 36 Phrabaramee Rd, Patong.
Delivery: anywhere in Thailand.
Proofs & design help
We print your file exactly as uploaded. Tick Proof before printing to approve a digital proof first; production then starts when you approve it.
No artwork, or it needs work? Choose Fix my artwork or Design it for me in step 2. Design orders always include a proof and one round of changes; further changes are quoted and agreed with you first.

Can I see a proof before you print?
Yes. Tick “Proof before printing” in step 2 and we send you a digital proof to approve. Without it we print your file exactly as uploaded, so check spelling, size and bleed before you order.
I don’t have a print-ready design. Can you help?
Yes. In step 2 choose “Fix my artwork” (text, logo or resizing changes to a file you have) or “Design it for me” (our designers create it from your brief). Design orders always include a proof to approve before we print.
Can I pick it up?
Yes, pickup is free at our shop on Phrabaramee Rd in Patong. We also deliver anywhere in Thailand.
Can I order a size or material that isn’t listed?
Often, yes. Request a custom quote with the size, material and quantity you need and we reply within 24 hours on business days.
