Design that has a job to do.

A menu has to sell the dishes that matter. A label has to win a shelf. A sign has a few seconds. Our designers bring together branding, marketing sense, typography and colour, and they follow what's changing in design, using a trend when it serves your brand, not just because it's new.

Purpose first

Every brief starts with where the piece will live and what it has to achieve. Reading distance, light, weather and the customer's next step shape the design before a single colour is chosen.

Beautiful is the starting point. The real test is whether it works where it's going.

A design-only studio hands you a file. We take the idea all the way to the printed object, and every decision along the way is made with production in mind.

Two ways to get started.

Ordering print

I know what I need printed, not the artwork.

Add design help straight to your order. On our product pages, under Your artwork, choose Fix my artwork to change a file you have, or Design it for me for a new design.

  1. Choose your product and options.
  2. Under Your artwork, pick Fix my artwork or Design it for me. The design fee is shown next to the option before you add to cart.
  3. Fill in the short brief: business name, the exact text, your colours, and links to your logo or examples you like.
  4. Approve your proof online. One round of changes is included, and we print only what you approve.
Choose a product

Custom project

I need something designed from scratch.

Logos and brand identity, packaging and label ranges, multi-page menus, design-only work, or anything that doesn't fit a product option. Tell us about it and we'll come back with a tailored quote.

  1. Describe the project in our quote form: what it's for, where it will be used and when you need it.
  2. We reply with a price and scope within 24 hours on business days.
  3. Once you accept the quote, our designers get to work and share proofs as the design develops.
  4. Approve the final design. We print it, or hand over the files if you only need the design.

About pricing. Design options on product pages show their fee before you add them to your cart. Custom projects are priced individually once we've seen your brief, because a quick text change and a full brand identity are very different jobs. Proofs, changes and file ownership are covered in our Terms of Service.

Can you help if I don't have any artwork?

Yes. Choose Design it for me on the product you want to print and fill in the short brief: your business name, the exact text and your colours. Our designers create the design and send you a proof to approve before anything is printed.

Can you improve a design I already have?

Yes. For changes like updating text, swapping a logo or resizing a file for another product, choose Fix my artwork on the product page and upload your file. For a bigger redesign, request a design quote.

Can I order a completely custom design?

Yes. Logos, brand identity, packaging ranges and other larger projects are quoted individually. Tell us about the project in our quote form and we reply within 24 hours on business days.

What should I send your designers?

The exact text, your logo and photos, your brand colours, examples you like, where the piece will be used, the size, and when you need it. The more we know, the better the first design.

How does approval work?

When we design or fix your artwork, you receive a digital proof to approve online. We only print once you approve it, and we print exactly what you approved, so please check spelling, numbers and details carefully. Production time starts from your approval.

Are revisions included?

Design it for me and Fix my artwork include one round of changes. Any further changes are quoted and agreed with you before we do the work. For custom projects, the revisions included are set out in your quote.

How is design pricing worked out?

Design options on product pages have a fixed fee, shown next to the option before you add it to your cart. Custom projects are priced on their scope: what needs to be created, how many pieces and how much development is involved. You always see the price before we start.

Can I order design without printing?

Yes. Request a design quote and tell us you only need the design.

What files will I receive?

Once your order is paid, the design we create for you is yours, including the editable design files. We send them to you on request. See section 5 of our Terms of Service.
