Terms of Service
These terms apply to all orders placed with Print Phuket, operated by Every Where Co., Ltd., 36 Phrabaramee Road, Patong, Kathu, Phuket 83150, Thailand (registration no. 0835567002885). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Thai Baht. Full payment is required before we start your order, by card or bank transfer. An order paid by bank transfer counts as paid only once the full amount has arrived in our account and we have confirmed it; a transfer slip is not proof of payment. Production times are counted from confirmed payment. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 48 hours. Approved business accounts may be offered invoice terms in writing. Our Payment Policy forms part of these terms and explains payment methods, failed and duplicate payments, refunds to your original payment method, and payment disputes.
2. Artwork
You are responsible for the content of your artwork and confirm that you have the right to print it, including any logos, images and text. We may refuse any job that we consider illegal, offensive or infringing.
3. Your files, proofs and production
Files you supply are printed as supplied unless you order a paid proof. When we design or fix your artwork, or you order a paid proof, you approve a digital proof before we print. Design orders include one round of changes. Further changes, and the revisions included in custom design projects, are quoted and agreed with you before we do the work. You are responsible for checking your files and proofs.
Production times differ by product and are shown on each product page. They are counted from when your order is paid, or from your approval when your order includes a proof. The standard 72-hour production time, and the Express and Rush options, apply only where they are offered on the product page. Specialty finishes and outsourced or made-to-order products take longer. All production times are estimates.
4. Colour
Colours may vary slightly between screens, materials and print runs. This is not a defect.
5. Design service
Once your order is paid, you own the design we create for you, including the editable design files. We send the editable files to you on request.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection. See our Shipping Policy.
7. Cancellations, refunds and reprints

8. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
