Creative Studio Graphic Designer & Prepress Specialist Design print that sells, then make sure it prints perfectly. For a designer who cares as much about bleed and colour as about layout.
You'll design menus, labels, stickers, signs, flyers and more for businesses and individual customers, and prepare files so they come off our machines exactly as intended. You work directly with our production team, so you see your designs printed, cut and finished.
What you'll do
- Create designs for printed materials, from business cards to large-format signs and window graphics
- Prepare artwork for production: bleed, resolution, colour modes, cut lines and white-ink layers
- Check customer files and fix problems before they reach production
- Work with typography, layout, colour and brand guidelines
- Adapt designs across sizes, materials and finishes
- Work with production to choose the right material for each job
- Keep design files organised so customers can reorder easily
What you need
- A portfolio showing professional design work for print
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, or equivalent professional tools
- Understanding of print basics: CMYK, bleed, resolution, fonts and outlines
- Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
- Good spoken and written Thai and English

- Prepress or print shop experience
- InDesign for multi-page work such as menus and booklets

Creative Studio Content Creator & Brand Storyteller Make people stop scrolling, for a print company. Ideas, filming, editing and hooks that turn stickers, signs and machines into content people watch.
Print is one of the most visual businesses there is: ink hitting vinyl, a cutter tracing a logo, a shop window transformed overnight. We want someone who sees that and turns it into short-form content that builds our brand and brings in customers. You'll own ideas from concept to published post.
What you'll do
- Come up with original content ideas, series and formats
- Film our production process, finished products and client projects
- Write hooks and scripts that win attention in the first seconds
- Edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Spot trends and creative opportunities early, and act on them
- Create content for promotions and product launches
- Track what performs and use it to make the next post better
What you need
- A portfolio or social profile showing content you created, filmed and edited
- Confident filming on a phone or camera and editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Strong storytelling and an eye for a good hook
- Initiative: you bring ideas instead of waiting for a brief
- Good spoken and written Thai and English

- Content experience for a brand or business
- Photography and basic lighting
- Motion graphics or design skills

Production & Installation Print & Signage Installation Technician Put the finishing touch on our work: window graphics, wall graphics, decals and signs, installed straight, clean and bubble-free.
Many of our jobs aren't finished until they're on the wall. You'll install the graphics and signs we produce at customers' shops, restaurants, hotels and offices, and help in production between installations.
What you'll do
- Install vinyl graphics, decals and lettering
- Apply window graphics, including one-way vision and static cling
- Install wall graphics and other printed installations
- Install commercial signs
- Measure sites and prepare surfaces before installation
- Deliver a clean finish: straight, aligned, no bubbles or lifting
- Work safely at customer locations, including on ladders and at height
- Help production with cutting, weeding and finishing between installations
What you need
- Experience installing vinyl graphics, window film or signage
- A steady hand, patience and a high standard of finish
- Comfortable with physical work and working at height
- Reliable and able to work independently at customer sites
- Good spoken and written Thai and English
Nice to have
- Wet and dry vinyl application
- Experience in a print or sign shop
- Basic tool and measuring skills

Production & Installation Digital & Large-Format Print Operator Run our wide-format print-and-cut, sheet printing and cutting equipment, and own the quality of everything that comes off it.
Our production floor combines wide-format print-and-cut with white ink, varnish and raised textures, a digital production press for sheet work, a precision vinyl cutter and finishing equipment. You'll run them, look after them and make sure every job leaves the shop looking right.
What you'll do
- Operate wide-format and digital sheet printers for daily production
- Set up jobs: media loading, print profiles, print-and-cut and white-ink settings
- Check colour and print quality, and catch problems before they become reprints
- Run cutting, weeding and finishing
- Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance
- Troubleshoot basic machine and file problems
- Reduce waste of ink, media and time
- Follow the production schedule and meet deadlines
What you need
- Hands-on experience operating digital or large-format printing equipment
- Understanding of print quality, colour and common print faults
- Careful, organised and reliable under deadlines
- Comfortable with computers and RIP software
- Good spoken and written Thai and English
Nice to have
- Eco-solvent print-and-cut machines
- Production toner presses
- Vinyl cutting plotters and weeding
- Lamination and finishing
Experience on our exact machines is not required. If you know printing, we'll train you on our equipment.

Business & Customer Experience B2B Sales Executive Win business clients and keep them coming back. Hotels, restaurants, retailers, agencies: help them get the print they need, from us.
Businesses order print again and again: menus, labels, signs, flyers, stickers. Your job is to find those businesses, understand what they need and turn them into regular customers. You'll work with our designers and production team to quote accurately and deliver what was promised.
What you'll do
- Identify and approach potential business clients across Phuket
- Meet hotels, restaurants, retailers, agencies and other businesses
- Understand their printing needs and recommend the right products
- Prepare quotations and follow up until the deal is closed
- Build long-term relationships and generate repeat orders
- Coordinate with design and production on jobs and timing
- Keep leads, quotes and clients organised
- Spot new commercial opportunities and share them with the team
What you need
- B2B sales or business development experience
- Confident meeting business owners and managers in person
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organised and consistent with follow-up
- Good spoken and written Thai and English

Business & Customer Experience Customer Care Specialist Be the voice of Print Phuket on LINE, WhatsApp, email and at the counter. Help customers choose, order and receive exactly what they need.
Customers come to us with ideas, questions and deadlines. You make ordering easy: explaining options, preparing quotes, keeping orders moving and making sure every customer feels looked after. You'll work closely with our designers and production team every day.

Print Phuket is operated by Every Where Co., Ltd. (registration no. 0835567002885), 36 Phrabaramee Road, Patong, Kathu, Phuket 83150, Thailand. We are the data controller for your application under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
What we collect
Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the area you live in, the position you apply for, your CV and the information in it, any portfolio link and message you send, when you could start, and your choice about future roles.
Please do not include your ID card number, religion, health information or other sensitive details in your CV. We don't need them to assess your application.
Why we use it
Only to assess your application, contact you about it and take steps towards a possible employment contract at your request. If you tick "Keep my application for future roles", we also use it, with your consent, to contact you about other roles. We never use your application for marketing and never add you to a mailing list.
Who can see it
Only the people at Print Phuket involved in hiring. Applications are stored with monday.com, the work-management service we use to manage hiring, which processes them on our behalf and may store them on servers outside Thailand. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How it is protected
Applications go to a private board that only invited team members can open with their own login. The form uses a spam check (reCAPTCHA).
How long we keep it
If you are not hired, we delete your application and CV 6 months after we receive it, or 12 months after if you ask us to keep it for future roles. If you are hired, it becomes part of your employee record.
Your rights
You can ask to access or get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent for future roles at any time. You can also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
