This Privacy Policy explains how Print Phuket collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit printphuket.com, order from us, request a quote, subscribe to our emails or contact us. It is written to meet Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

Who we are

Print Phuket is operated by Every Where Co., Ltd. (registration no. 0835567002885), 36 Phrabaramee Road, Patong, Kathu, Phuket 83150, Thailand. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone, LINE ID, company name, billing and delivery addresses.
• Order details: products, options, quantities, order history, and tax invoice details if you ask for a full tax invoice.
• Files you send us: artwork, logos, photos and design briefs.
• Payment information: handled by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: messages you send us by email, LINE, WhatsApp, phone or through our forms.
• Website activity: pages and products viewed, items added to your cart, checkouts started, device and browser information, collected with cookies and similar technologies.
• Marketing preferences: whether you have agreed to receive our marketing emails.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To process and deliver your order, print your files, send proofs, arrange pickup or delivery and provide support (performance of a contract).
• To prepare and follow up on a quote you request (steps you asked for before entering a contract).
• To answer your messages on WhatsApp and LINE, including with the help of our AI assistant, which can answer questions, prepare quotes and send payment links; a member of our team can take over at any time, and you can ask for a person whenever you like (steps you asked for before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering quickly).
• To keep accounting, tax and invoicing records (legal obligation).
• To send you one reminder if you start a checkout and do not finish it, so you can complete the order you began (our legitimate interest). You can opt out at any time using the link in the email.
• To send marketing emails about products, tips and offers, including reminders about items you viewed or left in your cart (your consent). We ask for this consent separately and never pre-tick it; you confirm your subscription by email.
• To run analytics and show you relevant advertising on platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (your consent, given through our cookie banner).
• To protect our store against fraud and misuse (our legitimate interest).

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies that are needed for the store to work (for example, your cart and checkout). With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies and pixels, including Shopify analytics and, where enabled, Meta and Google tags. You can accept or decline these in our cookie banner and change your choice at any time through the cookie preferences link on our website. Declining does not stop you from ordering.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only as needed to run our business, with service providers who process it on our behalf, including:

• Shopify (online store, checkout, customer records and marketing emails)
• Payment providers such as Stripe (card payments)
• Delivery companies such as Thailand Post (to deliver your order)
• monday.com (quote requests and internal task management)
• Google Workspace (business email)
• Meta (WhatsApp), LINE and 360dialog (to receive and send your WhatsApp and LINE messages)
• Anthropic (the AI service that helps us answer your WhatsApp and LINE messages) and Cloudflare (secure hosting of our messaging system and the files you send us in chat)
• Apps that support ordering on our store, such as file upload, proof approval and product review tools
• Meta and Google (advertising and analytics, only where you have accepted these cookies)

We do not sell your personal data. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

International transfers

Some of these providers store data outside Thailand, for example in the United States, Singapore or the European Union. Where we transfer data abroad, we rely on the safeguards these providers offer under their data processing terms, as permitted by the PDPA.

How long we keep it

• Artwork and files: 12 months after your order, so you can reorder easily, then deleted.
• Order, invoice and payment records: for as long as Thai tax and accounting law requires.
• Quote requests that do not become orders: up to 12 months.
• Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us to: access or get a copy of your data; correct it; delete or anonymise it; restrict or object to its use; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal). To make a request, contact hello@printphuket.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time the law requires.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. We will still send messages about your orders.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.

Security

We use access controls and the security features of our service providers to protect your data. Only staff who need it for their work can access customer information. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information we have not asked for.

Children

Our store is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
