Shipping Policy

Production first

Delivery starts after your order is printed. Production time begins once your order is paid, or once you approve your proof if your order includes one.

Production times

Production times differ by product, and each product page shows its own. Our standard 72-hour production time applies only to products printed in our Patong shop. Sundays are not counted. Specialty finishes and outsourced or made-to-order products take longer, usually 7–10 days, and for some products we confirm the production time after you order. Express is available where it is offered on the product page. Rush (4 hours) is available on selected products: message us before you order. See our Help Center.

Pickup

Free pickup from our shop at 36 Phrabaramee Road, Patong. Monday to Friday 9:00 to 20:00, Saturday 10:00 to 18:00, closed Sunday. We email you when your order is ready.

Phuket delivery

Free during our launch offer. After that, the delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Roll-up and X-banners, foam board signs and corrugated plastic signs are delivered within Phuket only, or you can collect them from our shop.

Rest of Thailand

We ship across Thailand with Thailand Post, usually 3–5 business days after your order is dispatched. Delivery is free during our launch offer. After that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

International

We ship worldwide with Thailand Post. Choose your country at checkout and select International shipping – cost confirmed after production, paid separately. The total you pay at checkout covers your products only, not international shipping. When your order is ready, we weigh the parcel and send you the exact shipping cost; we ship it once that cost is paid, and you receive a tracking number by email. Import duties and taxes in your country, if any, are paid by you. Roll-up and X-banners, foam board signs and corrugated plastic signs are not shipped outside Phuket.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos of the parcel and products and we will arrange a reprint.
