Does a quote cost anything?
No. Requesting a quote is free and there is no obligation to order. You only pay once you accept the quote and confirm your order.
How quickly will I hear back?
We reply within 24 hours on business days, by email or the way you chose in the form. If anything is unclear, we ask before we quote.
I don't have print-ready artwork. Can you help?
Yes. Choose “I have a logo or rough design” or “I need design help” in the form. Our designers can prepare or fix your artwork; design work is quoted separately. The Artwork guide explains how to set up your own files.
Which files can I upload?
PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, SVG, TIFF, JPG, PNG or ZIP, up to 500 MB per file. Have more or bigger files? Paste a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link in the form instead.
Can I collect my order or have it delivered?
Both. Pick it up at our shop in Patong or have it delivered anywhere in Thailand. Some large items are delivered in Phuket only; see Delivery & pickup.
Do you issue tax invoices?
Yes, we can issue full tax invoices. Mention it in the form and add your business name; we will ask for your company's tax details when you accept the quote.
Can I just order online instead?
Yes. Standard products with set options can be ordered directly in our shop. Use this page for custom sizes and materials, installation, design work and large or repeat orders.
