Partner Program Terms
Last updated 14 October 2026. These terms apply to everyone in the Print Phuket Partner Program (previously called the Ambassador Program). By applying, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, message us before you apply.
1. Joining
- You must be 18 or older. Individuals and businesses can apply. One partner account per person or business.
- We review every application and may accept or decline it.
- You take part as an independent referrer. "Partner" is the name of the program; it does not make you our employee, agent or legal business partner. You cannot make promises on our behalf about prices, products or delivery.
2. Your code and your referrals
- Once approved, you receive a personal code. A referral counts when your client uses your code when ordering online, or gives your name or code when asking for a quote, before the order is paid. We can't add a referral to an order that has already been paid.
- Commission applies to new clients only: a person or business that has not placed a paid order with Print Phuket before your referral. We check this against our own order records.
- If more than one partner introduces the same client, the first valid code or name we receive counts.
- Please do not post your code on coupon, voucher or deal websites, bid on "Print Phuket" or similar terms in paid search ads, or create websites, domains or social accounts using our name.
3. Commission
- Your commission rate is confirmed to you in writing when you are approved. Rates may differ between partners.
- You earn commission on every paid order from a client you referred, for all our products and design services, for 12 months from the date of that client's first paid order.
- Commission is calculated on the product value of the order before any discount. Delivery, tax and payment fees are not included.
- You choose how to share it. You can keep your full commission or pass part of it to your client as a discount. Any discount you give is taken from your commission, so it never costs your client or Print Phuket extra. You choose the split when your code is set up; a change applies to new orders only.
- No commission is paid on: your own orders or orders from your household or your own business; orders placed at trade or wholesale pricing; orders that are cancelled, refunded, disputed or whose payment is reversed (a partial refund reduces the commission in proportion); or orders we reasonably believe are fake, duplicated or placed only to earn commission.
4. When commission becomes payable
- Commission on an order becomes payable 30 days after the order is paid, as long as there is no open refund, reprint claim, cancellation or payment dispute on it. If there is, we wait until it is resolved.
- If an order is refunded or reversed after we have paid commission on it, we may deduct that amount from your future commission.
5. Payouts
- We pay once a month for commission that became payable in the previous month, by bank transfer or PromptPay, in Thai baht.
- If your payable balance is under ฿500, it rolls over to the next month. If you leave the program, or we end your participation for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we pay your remaining payable balance at the next monthly payout, whatever the amount.
- You must give us accurate payment details and the information we need to meet our tax obligations.
- You are responsible for any tax on your earnings. Where Thai law requires us to withhold tax, we will deduct it and give you the withholding tax certificate.
6. How to promote us
- Be honest. Do not make claims about our prices, products, quality or delivery times that we have not published.
- If you recommend us publicly (on a website, blog or social channel), make it clear that you may earn a commission.
- No spam. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, and follow the marketing and privacy laws that apply where you and your audience are.
- While you are an approved partner, you may use the name Print Phuket and any materials we give you, only to recommend us. Do not change our logo or suggest that you are Print Phuket or part of our team. We may withdraw this permission at any time.
7. Personal data
- We use the details in your application, and your payment details once approved, only to review your application, run the program and pay you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Only pass a client's contact details to us if they have agreed to it.
8. Changes and ending
- You can leave the program at any time by telling us in writing (email, LINE or WhatsApp).
- We may change or end the program, or remove a partner, at any time. We will tell approved partners in writing at least 30 days before any change that reduces commission; changes apply to orders paid after the change takes effect. Commission that has already become payable stays payable.
- If we remove a partner for breaking these terms, for example through fake orders, self-referrals or misleading promotion, we may withhold commission linked to that breach.
9. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
